It has been a month and I still haven't received my booking confirmation. What should I do?

Solution The first thing to do at this point is to check your junk/spam folder as there is a 99+% that your confirmation (or denial if there was a problem) has been sent.

The second thing to do is read the article under "Email Issues" entitled "How can I be sure to receive emails from Cruise Miles?".

After that, if you didn't find an email in the junk/spam folder, please submit a support ticket requesting that your confirmation be resent. Be sure you have completed the steps outlined in "How can I be sure to receive emails from Cruise Miles?" BEFORE submitting the ticket.

Be sure to provide us with the email address you used for the booking request.
